Connect body, breath, and mindful movement in this 60 minute vinyasa flow.  Explore the range of possibilities that arise from your practice-- grounded energy, compassion, strength and balance.

Awareness of breath will guide our always purposeful, sometimes playful, flowing movement.

This offering is designed to manifest all of this in a safe, loving and sacred environment and is open to all.

We will open with some gentle movement followed by a guided Yoga Nidra meditation to create a space where your entire body and mind can reach a state of total relaxation and stillness.

At the conclusion of the Yoga Nidra practice we will gather together in a sacred circle as a group and each person will be afforded the opportunity to share from the heart with the group. Should you not wish to share, that’s OK too. Your energetic presence will always be a welcome contribution to the collective energy.
