When we slow down and intimately connect with the natural environment, leaving the noise of the busy world far behind, we are reintroduced to our evolutionary home- a space where mind, body and spirit are deeply nourished. In this space, restoration of order within our systems begins to take place. In this state, a portal of infinite possibility opens up- one that is ripe for deep relaxation, creativity and intellectual and spiritual clarity.

Andrea and Elise are your facilitators and guides. Our intention is to embrace the potent charge of the Full Moon as an energetic catalyst for the release of old cycles and tired patterns, while welcoming in the possibilities that lie on the other side of this Blue Moon portal. Connected, restorative, and nourishing, this event is an exploration of embodied spaciousness and presence. You show up, just as you are (perhaps with a yoga mat and writing journal if you wish; we’ve got the rest covered).
The Full Moon on May 31, 2026 is the second of the month, marking it as a rare celestial event. A Blue Moon. What a wonder that you are alive in this moment.
About Elise: Elise Bish is a certified sound healer, folk herbalist, and systemic family constellations facilitator. She blends sound healing, herbal body treatments, and ancestral healing to create deep, lasting transformation for people longing to reconnect with their physical, spiritual, and emotional bodies. Ambrosia Resonance is her devotion to harmony, presence, and acceptance. Her work is a practice in nourishment, a reminder of the sensual pleasure of being fully alive, and an invitation to expand into freedom without limits. About Andrea: After practicing yoga for many moons, Andrea Evans (E-YRT 500) began her teaching journey in 2014 with 200 hours of training with Jacqui Bonwell and later added 300 hours of training with David Vendetti. Her diverse classes and workshops are designed for self-discovery and exploration. Her teaching intention is to hold safe space for people to practice, free of expectation or judgement. Andrea has studied an array of modalities from Vinyasa to Yin Yoga and Meditation to Yoga Nidra, Reiki, functional movement, Five Element Yoga® and Yoga for Trauma, Emotional Health and Healing. She is also a Mindful Outdoor Experience Guide with the Kripalu School, and can often be found meandering through the town forest.
In these uncertain time we live in there is a fierce need for grounding, stillness and support of community.
This offering is designed to manifest all of this in a safe, loving and sacred environment and is open to all.
We will open with some gentle movement followed by a guided Yoga Nidra meditation to create a space where your entire body and mind can reach a state of total relaxation and stillness.
At the conclusion of the Yoga Nidra practice we will gather together in a sacred circle as a group and each person will be afforded the opportunity to share from the heart with the group. Should you not wish to share, that’s OK too. Your energetic presence will always be a welcome contribution to the collective energy.
