Andrea has been practicing yoga since 1998, first drawn to the mat as a new way to move the body. Ironically, it was love at first savasana (resting pose).
The intention of this blog is to share moments on this journey to fellow seekers & explorers of the harmony and fullness of life’s experience.
Andrea's diverse and accessible classes and workshops are designed to offer participants a discovery experience. Her teaching intention is to hold safe and compassionate space for people to explore and to practice. Her approach is to expand people’s awareness of the many yoga, meditation, beliefs and ways of being. Her guiding principle is that we’re doing it ‘right’ when we meet ourselves and other with kindness and curiosity. Andrea’s view is that these many teachings can ultimately help us rediscover how to be present, embodied, and open to possibility.
Andrea (E-YRT 500) began her teaching journey in 2014 with an unforgettable 200 hours of training at the Sacred Seeds Yoga School with Jacqui Bonwell.
